8.1. Introduction and First Reading of Ordinance No. 08-23, amending sections 2.60.010 and 2.60.020 of the Orange Municipal Code related to the Powers and Duties of the Park Planning and Community Events Commission and adoption of Resolution No. 11466.

9. ADJOURNMENT The next Regular City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, with Closed Session beginning at 5:00 p.m., if necessary.
