    Yes, Yes, Yes please we need this. Staff/Council: can you clarify please if the end result of this specific project is that the parking lot will be ready for public use upon completion of the project, which is estimated December 2023? It appears the lot will be a gravel type parking lot based on the attachments. Thanks.
