10. ADJOURNMENT The City Council will Adjourn in Memory of Wayne King to a meeting on Monday, October 30, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber. The next Regular City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, with Closed Session beginning at 5:00 p.m., if necessary.
