Please accept the three attached documents (PDF) submitted via email as public records of the "No Orange Heights" (NOH) petition, which currently shows 14,590 signatures in opposition of The Irvine Company's 1180 single family home proposed development of the 400 acres of wildlife habitat between Irvine Regional Park and Peters Canyon Regional Park. The petition asks the Mayor and City Council to require The Irvine Company to draft a new Environmental Impact Report (EIR), since the baseline environmental review data is out of date and does not take into consideration the current significant impacts related to wildfire, traffic congestion, special status species, culturally sensitive prehistoric archaeological sites, pollution, recreation, health, safety, sustainability and quality of life.
