I have attached my comments on this item from the November 4, 2024, Planning Commission meeting. Puzzled why they are missing in your packet. While I support updating our Safety Element and Orange being in compliance with state law, I am again deeply disappointed (but not surprised) that the East Orange community didn't get to participate.
