Applications Diversion a social service opportunity available by California Work Opportunity and Responsibilities to Kids Program appropriating families to become gainfully employed and economically self sufficiency as an option. The several unfair treatment and denial has caused economic terror and so to protect, preserve and strengthen rights guaranteed to the approved applicants and families of the United States Constitution Enforcement of appropriate Emergency Management Assistance Compact GC 179. Facing Man-made disaster crises for a consecutive thirty months has led me to flee domestic abuse, police brutality, domestic violence and medical malpractice this injunctive relief is urgent as it is emergent for the safety and welfare of family. Please consider the budget for healthcare workers burden by the unfair treatment as bystanders to abuse from other civil service duty officers and government employees. Consider operational improvements for city and/or county social services and the economic disparity inflating the need for RAPID permanent housing and safety services. The budget for qualified License Mental Health care. Lastly, please consider grant opportunities to include mentorship and the budget for workshops for qualified development opportunities.
