Chattel Inc has a great reputation of maintaining the balance between private sector market demand and guidance on protecting historically contributing structures.
Additionally, a revamp of how the Mills Act is applied and maintained through city hall is important to ongoing contracts and potentially new ones. This program defers the financial challenges of maintaining a historic building/home and offers the commercial sector a discount on their passthrough costs to tenants.
