Oppose the installation of rapid flashing beacons at the stated area. It is my understanding no accidents or deaths have occurred at the area in question. Rapid flashing beacons are out of character with the residential/recreational ambiance of this horse friendly neighborhood. If something is necessary, a painted cross walk, less intrusive but can alert drivers, bikes and pedestrians. There's already enough light pollution in the neighborhood. I live and work remotely and this area is, for the most part quiet, very little pedestrian traffic. I would reconsider the team indicating there's enough traffic to warrant rapid-flashing beacons. The team takes snap shots in time, I live here all the time. Appreciate safety measures, this one's too much. Thank you for your consideration.
