A written appeal of a Traffic Commission determination must be submitted to the office of the City Traffic Engineer within fifteen (15) calendar days of that Commission action, and clearly state the basis for the appeal and the error made by the Traffic Commission in reaching their decision. This appeal shall be accompanied by an initial deposit of $500.00; call Francisco Vasquez, Administrative Assistant, at (714) 744-5537 to prepare an estimate for you. The City Clerk, upon filing of said appeal, will agendize your appeal as an informal hearing before the City Council within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
