I fully support the City's efforts to keeping trash out of the Santiago Creek, especially when most of the costs are provided by outside sources. As a Civil Engineer I've worked on similar CPS installation in the City of Huntington Park and have seen personally the success they have. These units are also fairly inexpensive, so I emplore the City to fully utilize all funding to install as many CPS unit as possible.
